The SimpliVi project for “Simplifying Cross-Border Judicial Videoconferencing in Europe” – https://simplivi.eu – will host a conference with a deep look on the project topic and beyond. It will present an overview of the European legal basis for judicial cross-border videoconferencing and several experience reports from European Member States and organizations. The presentations, interviews and discussions will cover legal, organizational and technical aspects on the matter of judicial videoconferencing. It will further present the long-awaited SimplVi Recommendations and Best-Practises for the first time and will engage in a discussion about the topics raised therein.

Member State representatives, judicial practitioners, representatives of international organisations and the academic community are invited to participate and get involved in the discussions about judicial cross-border videoconferencing.
